If Myanmar Web Designer (MWD) is building your website, you don’t need to buy hosting separately. Every one of our website packages already includes a domain and hosting, so your site goes live on our servers from day one. Websites start from 890,000 MMK.
You only need standalone hosting if:
- you are building the website yourself, or
- another developer is building it for you and you need somewhere to host it.
In both cases, MWD can host it for you. Our team in Yangon handles the hosting, and our partner provides the servers (see below).

If you’d like us to maintain an existing website, we offer monthly maintenance or a six-month maintenance contract. We’ll need the website’s admin login plus FTP or cPanel access. The price depends on how much work the site needs. Read more in our FAQ.
How hosting is billed
Standalone hosting is quoted to suit your website and email needs, so contact us for details. Here’s how billing works:
- Hosting with a website package: hosting is included in your website package. After the first year it is part of the website annual fee, which also covers your domain, webmail, our free update service (4, 8 or 12 updates a year, depending on your package), maintenance, monthly backups and support during office hours.
- Billing cycle: website and webmail services are billed yearly, not monthly.
- Renewal reminders: we remind you one month before your website’s term ends. The annual fee is due one week before it expires.
